Cachet
Cachet is a neighbourhood in Markham, just north of the former village of Unionville. The area is a residential development that has replaced farmland. The residents of Cachet are typically middle to upper-income families and the housing consists mostly of large single family detached homes with three car garages.
The Cachet Centre is a small strip mall that services mainly local residents. There is also an Asian themed shopping mall being built within the community called King Square, which is considered the largest in North America.
The Cachet community has easy access to Highway 404. It is also a short distance to Main Street Unionville and the Buttonville Airport, which is planned for redeveloped and may be replaced with condominiums and future employment lands.
