Unionville
Unionville is a neighbourhood and former village in Markham, 33 km northeast of downtown Toronto. It is a quaint community with a variety of housing options, top rated schools, and close proximity to theaters, restaurants and transportation options.
The historic Main Street Unionville attracts thousands of visitors each year and boasts a small town feel reminiscent of days of old. The southern part of Unionville was recently named Downtown Markham and is slated for significant intensification that will provide an urban feel with high rise condominiums, office buildings, and plenty of entertainment options.
