Victoria Manor / Jennings Gate
Victoria Manor / Jennings Gate are two adjoining neighbourhoods in Markham, just north of the former village of Unionville. The residents are typically middle to upper-income families.
Victoria Manor is a new development consisting predominantly of single family detached homes with two car garages. Jennings Gate consists of large estate homes and mansions similar to those found in the Devil’s Elbow community.
The Victoria Manor / Jennings Gate community has easy access to Highway 404 and is close to Cathedraltown’s retail areas. It is also a short distance from Main Street Unionville, Angus Glen Golf Club and the Angus Glen Community Centre.
